B is for Baby Steps!
When we want to lose weight, we want it to happen overnight. And, I’m no exception. It has taken me couple of years to realize that there are absolutely no quick-fixes. Rome was not built in a day, and we cannot just achieve the results we want in matter of days.
Fad diets may help you shed the weight super fast, but it’s going to pile back even sooner.
Once, you know your goals and you are ready then let’s just move forward. Just take small baby steps, remember you do not need to do everything in a matter of days or weeks!
You do not have to make drastic changes in your diet, in fact what if I told you that you can eat delicious food that will not make you crinkle your nose?
Similarly, there are many workouts out there, which will work for you and they do not have to be sweating out for hours, baby steps!
When I started my journey I was very unhealthy and I hated the idea of working out. I’m still not in ‘love’ with the idea, but I love the endorphin’s post the workout, but more on this later 😉
So, remember the note-book we bought to write our goals, which we need to attempt? Now, we need to write down our meals in that notebook. After a week, you will be in a good position to evaluate what are the things you need to consume less and more.
