G for Go Getter
So, let us get back the notebook we started with.
Write today’s date and tell yourself that I will be a go getter!
What does go getter mean?
BE someone who knows what he has do, and go after it without looking right or left.
So, the time is now to start jotting down your goals for the week and make sure they are challenging enough.
Of course, don’t aim for running a marathon 😉 but it should also not be very simple.
How about just sticking to eating all healthy and making sure of getting 20 mins of exercise?
In the beginning, it is good to set smaller, achievable goals. This will, make you a go getter & as you grow into this journey you come out to be a the strongest version of yourself!
