A is for Attempt!
When we start something new, it is always a little intimidating, but the key to success is to just start.
First things first, and that starts with starting to attempt on what you desire.
Invest in a good note-pad, and write down your goals. I say a note-pad, because it is better than any app, as once you write it down, it feels real.
Make a list of the thing you want to achieve. It could be to lose ten pounds, or to start running or even just to eat clean.
And, once you make the attempt, the rest will take it’s course!
