What’s been happening 

Hey all! I have been here just that I’m not feeling very good at the moment!

There are some changes happening in my life, which are for the better, but at the moment it’s hard to accept them!

So, let’s just share what’s been up-

Last week I worked  out five days, but this week has not been so good!

But, again three more days- so I shall report back soon! 🙂

What’s been up with you guys? I just finished watching 13 Reasons Why, and it was a sad series but so good!

    Good luck with your goals. I am trying to lose 10 pounds before the end of July. That’s when we’ll be heading out to California for a vacation and I want to fit into my shorts! I need to up my monthly workout goals and stick to them. Also, your no sweets goal I need to do too!
