Home to healthy fats, vitamin E, and magnesium almonds are one of the best snacks options. Almonds also contain fiber and proteins which helps you stay fuller for longer. Although, portion control must be practiced and must be consumed in the right quantity.
3-Dark Chocolate
When you crave desert after dinner, then ditch the milk chocolate and switch over to dark chocolate. The packaging is good, and I received the products in good condition. The kale crisps were however broken, but that would be due to the transport.
The packaging was in a carton, and keeping the rains in mind was also covered with plastic.

Now, who does not LOVE hummus? I mean it’s tasty and the perfect blend of chickpeas and olive oil. And, a platter of carrot sticks with some hummus makes the perfect TV snack. 7- Dates

8- Hard Boiled Egg
Well. eggs are excellent, snacks. The yolk is ok as well. But, if you skip the yolk, the egg whites alone can fill you up with proteins, and the calories are really less.
9-Greek yogurt with honey
100 grams of Greek Yogurt, topped with some honey and maybe chopped fruits can be a good alternative to waffles and candies. You get to fix your sweet tooth, and that too in a form of rich dessert’ish healthy snack.
10- Protein Bars
There are lots of protein bars on the market, and reading the labels are necessary while purchasing them. Make sure to stick to 100 calories one and not overdo.

I specially never miss my dose of Arabian dates, fistful of almonds & raisins. And all of these even contribute to a healthy-looking face. Ah, boiled eggs are my favorite too & I have them at least twice or thrice a week.
These 3 variants from Green Snack look interesting. Would love to try Kale Crisps. And from the other snacks in your list, I am definitely trying apple with peanut butter. It is certainly add some zing to my apple. 🙂
Taken a note of many new snacks I can add to my list dear, I have been avoiding sine of these assuming that were rich in fat but it’s now time for some corrections.
I love dates.. boiled egg is also my fav. In office, between 5pm to 6.30 I feel so hungry and there is huge chance to eat unhealthy junk food. Thnaks for the list. I will follow it

Almonds and dark chocolate are my favourites. These stick sound like a perfect choice. Will definitely check them out.
My favourite snacks are nuts, eggs, things like poha, smoothies and munchies like roasted murmura and foxnuts.
One thing I’ve noticed coming to India is that the snacks we used to have growing up are so unhealthy! All the deep fried stuff. No wonder I had weight issues back then. I do love my almonds and at work, have a bag in my desk drawer to satisfy those hunger cravings in the middle of the day. Apart from that, cheese and crackers are also a snack I love. And yes, plain yogurt and cashews.
Such a useful post. Green Snack Co sounds like a good option. Haven’t heard of the brand. I love almonds. Tried to make hummus once and it was an epic fail. Perhaps I need to give it another go. I generally snack on makhanas or khakhras or flavoured roasted chana.
I would love to grab a pack of those kale chips. My usual favorite is baked snap peas… But then I tend to go overboard with it 😅 I like to have fruits as snack too. I wish I could find some of these products here.
