So, it’s been hard. I don’t think I can just quit it like that.
I thought I was strong enough, cos I did it once for straight 6 months.
But, as I can feel that I’m about to succumb
I’m going to try to switch to just two a day.
Let me see how it goes from here.:(

Good luck! A Diet soda habit is so hard to kick!! I found it easier to go cold turkey…and after I had been about 6 months without allowed myself to have one in occasion. It’s a treat for me now.
Doesn’t matter how you get there…slowly decreasing or cold turkey…you can do it!!!!!
