Diet and healthy lifestyle. need not be boring. I mean it when I say, that it not all about steamed veggies and fish.  I lost the majority of my weight eating my favorite foods and, a treat every single day. Definitely i have not curated my own recipes, but I do follow a lot of healthy bloggers and use their recipes. Plus, I tend to use My Fitness Pal, where I log on my daily meals and it helps me understand my calories in vs out.

(Would you like me to do a post on #myfitnesspal?)

So, today we have Deepa from Kreativemommy.com who has shared a healthy yet yummy recipe with us.  And, she has 26 healthy recipes in her ebook which can be downloaded here
