Self Love B -Books to help you A to Z Challenge #atozchallenge2019
There is no shame to read and improve yourself. In fact, nowadays it’s ok to help yourself to get better. Books, documentaries, whatever you feel will help you be better 🙂 Let me share five books, which will help you someway or the other.
1- How To Win Friends And Influence People:
The book focuses on how you can be more confident and be a better person. 15 million copies have been sold all over the world, (I also have two!) This is basically a self “help” book, but I thought it should be included. It’s a beautiful book and will help. We all liked to be liked – and somewhat, by being liked we “like” ourselves more. I hope it made sense:)

2- #Girlbosss
An amazing book, where this lady who used to commit thefts, ends up being an entrepreneur. That is such a true inspiration. Right? There is also a TV show, of the same. I will be honest, I watched the show first. I think it’s a good pick to boost your confidence. And, help you keep moving.

3-The Self-Love Experiment: Fifteen Principles for Becoming More Kind, Compassionate, and Accepting of Yourself
Do you self sabotage? Do you feel guilty if you put yourself first? Don’t. This book explores about putting yourself first. It will help you in every sphere of your life, Weight loss, to kill being stressed and so on. I think it’s a must-read.

4- Madly in Love with ME: The Daring Adventure of Becoming Your Own Best
The name says it all, doesn’t it? I still have to read this one, but the name says it all, right? This book talks about self-love, but how and why it’s absolutely not selfish. It’s okay to leave and say bye to those who give you negativity. No guilt.

5- The Four Agreements: A Practical Guide to Personal Freedom (A Toltec Wisdom Book)
Your mental, health should be in agreement with you. This book helps you, learn that you are responsible for your own thoughts. It’s useless to blame anyone for your faults.
