My weight today is 65.4 kilograms. I’m down by 500 grams from last week.

I know I can’t lose a kilo every week, and with time the loss will slow down. But, as long as the tend is downwards I will embrace it ?
What plans do you have for the weekend? I’m on a cleaning spree, making room for new things, storing some old important ones and getting rid of the useless ones ?
