Hey guys, how are you doing? I recently posted my January goals, but to be honest I have been far from even trying to work towards them.
After, the fever I just kept looking for an excuse to stay in bed more, to eat more junk, to abuse my body.
Sadly, I have already had more than two diet cokes & some more chocolates than I should have today. Now, I can officially say that I have began my ‘self sabotage’
I do not want to do this again. Ever. Never do I want to lose the same five kilos again. In fact I want to lose the remaining five kilos!
So, here I’m recommitting to January!
I’ve been bad this year already too. But I’m back to getting on track. Hopefully I can lose all that weight I gained over the holidays soon!
You’ve got this! January is going to be your year!!!

Dont worry, thats with all of us…but i guess January just passes by keeping the resolutions in mind you can start with February abiding with all of these 🙂
