I was expecting a loss of about one more kilo but alas it was not.
I maintained my weight this week, despite of being very active and clean eating.
With this said, I plan to lose ten pounds or 5 kilos by mid October.
Achievable ??
My workout- I did about 19 Km of walk/run(11 miles) this week with some strength training. Eating was good, within my calorific range!
Are you walking outside or on a treadmill? I find it easier to go further if I'm outdoors.

Seems a bit quick to me.
My doctor told me to lose some weight by the time he sees me again in October. I walked 20 miles two weeks ago, last week it was only 15. I do the best I can, but I need to just eat less (and healthier)!
With hard work yes your weight loss goal is achievable!!!!!! You can do it!!!
