It’s not a secret that I have been M.I.A, but I plan to get back to blogging- cos it is fun and, it helps me stay on track!
Blog Twice A Week
I would like to blog mid-week and on my weigh-in days, this shall help me with accountability too 🙂
Work-Out
I need to work-out 5 days a week, and if I can add a sixth one its a bonus!
- I plan to work on my walking/running pace and improve it by months end
- In August I did almost did 30 kilometres of walk (18.6 miles) So, I plan to do more that 30 kms for this month. Let’s make it 40 km 🙂
Recipes
I want to try at-least four new *healthy* recipes this month

Hello there! I think I stick to my plan better when I blog more frequently, because I want to have good things to write about, ha ha.
I've never been a goal setter. Blogging can become a chore if you try to have a set number of posts per week.
