I tend to live in the past,  and I think that’s something I can improve this by many folds for sure.

But, the “brighter” side is that we can also learn from our past. Right? That is another thing I fail miserably at.

I keep repeating the past errors, in a loop. Example my weight loss journey. 

Offf. I  end up losing the same ten kilos, on and off. Why because this past keeps haunting me. I feel :

I always am stuck at n number of kilos, and maybe that’s my final goal.

 

But. the truth is. If only I can Learn from my past I can finally reach, my goals.

And, that’s not only for weight loss- but for everything else.
