My favourite snack is definitely Silk by dairy milk, but who am I kidding? I can’t keep dancing with the devil and complain about being in hell?
But, as I don’t like to “deprive” myself of fun foods, I share with you some of my favourite snacks! Or kind of snacks 🙂
I never ever had this, but as you know coffee can make you addicted to it. And, although im not addicted to it, it my good 11am/4pm fix.
I may have two some days or just one, but it is a delight 😉
The easiest snack ever. Easy to carry, store and well yum factor is there too! Nuts are very good for health, but ofcourse the portion control is mandatory. I also like to top my cereal bowl with almonds.
Black Chickpea ( Kala Chana )
They are rich in iron and very low in calories. It fills you up and it’s amazing to satisfy your taste buds with a snack of kala chana chaat, when you crave some other spicy treat!
Although not available in India at the moment, Nakd bars are pretty popular. They have all good ingredients and have no sugar.
My favourite one is cashew cookie, although there are a variety of Flavors to chose from.
Although, I personally do not find them very tasty the properties of walnuts are very good. It’s very good for your heart, and also rich in omega 3 fatty acids.
I’m sure you might be surprised at the lack of ‘fruit’ element, but there is part two of this post coming soon…so wait out 🙂
