But, as I don’t like to “deprive” myself of fun foods, I share with you some of my favourite snacks! Or kind of snacks ๐
Black Coffee
I never ever had this, but as you know coffee can make you addicted to it. And, although im not addicted to it, it my good 11am/4pm fix.
I may have two some days or just one, but it is a delight ๐
Almonds
The easiest snack ever. Easy to carry, store and well yum factor is there too! Nuts are very good for health, but ofcourse the portion control is mandatory. I also like to top my ย cereal bowl with almonds.
Black Chickpea ( Kala Chana )
They are rich in iron and very low in calories. It fills you up and it’s amazing to satisfy your taste buds with a snack of kala chana chaat, when you crave some other spicy treat!

Nakd bars
Although not available in India at the moment, Nakd bars are pretty popular. They have all good ingredients and have no sugar.
My favourite one is cashew cookie, although there are a variety of Flavors to chose from.
Walnuts
Although, I personally do not find them very tasty the properties of walnuts are very good. It’s very good for your heart, andย also rich in omega 3 fatty acids.

What are your favourite snacks ? I do eat all my snacks in moderation, but always have some chocolates too, for my sanity:)

My favourite snack is well yes chocolate too. I love ice creams too. But one cannot snack on it all the time so as an healthy alternative I have dry fruits in moderate quantity & the right time. Makhanas also my favourite snack.
Great ๐๐ mujhy fridge me rakha dahi ho aur usme koi bhi fruit, musili, cornflakes, namkeen, rice puffs, simple chini bhi daal do wo sab khana pasand hai, kabhi kabhi bada weird sa combination bana leti hu, jo bhi hath me mila, sab daal deti hu ๐คฃ๐คฃ
I started eating granola bars and greek yogurt as snacks. Healthy and filling. I like nuts too.
Makhanas, Dry dates, Figs are my favorite snacks. Then I spoil it all by stuffing my face with cookies!:)
I’ve never heard of nakd bars…. but I do love a handful of almonds once in a while ๐

I love almonds and walnuts. But portion control is a problem.
Coffee and almonds is something I can agree with totally! Apart from that, I like my home-made chivda (have you heard of this? It is made of puffed rice, peanuts, green chillies, dry and fried coconut chips)…it tastes simply superb! I also like things I am not supposed to have, like Pringles, chaat, mmmm….I am so hungry right now! ๐

If I have to snack healthy, I normally go with nuts too.. And have a home made baked chiwda… That satisfies my spicy cravings

Almonds are my go to snacks too. I love it. It’s very good in fibres and beneficial for weight loss too.
I love kala chana chaat, with a little chat masala and lemon juice. Salted almonds and walnuts are my favourite too. Not much of a chocolate person.
My favorite snack is Maggi… those Nakd bars look yummy ๐

I love munching and snacking on nuts, muesli and dry fruits, love their taste and are nutritious as well.
I just love to have dry fruits in winters as snacks or any soups. And for summers i eat chocolates and fruits. Or sometimes my favourite choco ice creams.

Haha!! I love chocolates too and I keep snacking it and then keep worrying about tummy fat.
My fav is Ice-cream…It always was and is now and will always be ๐ I limited my intake though now! Once i used to have twice or thrice every week but now once in a month or once in 2 months! I wait for it with longing!

You have some really healthy options there as well! My tastes change a lot and these days I’ve been munching on nachni khakras.
My fav snacks in winters is Pine nuts and almonds; I love them both a lot. Also this season right now sees Water chestnuts – something I absolutely adore and try and get as much as I can while the season lasts.
My fav is Bhel Puri. I just love the tang and spiciness of bhel. I keep Murmura at home and every other day make Bhel to enjoy with my evening tea.
Dry fruits are a great option for snacking. Walnuts and almonds are the best.
In the non-health category I love wafers but in the healthy options, dry fruits are great options with some roasted chana.
I just love your blog. Any blog which talks about fitness and anything related is difficult to find in India. I normally prefer snack on black coffee with a few roasted pineapple seeds and walnuts.
My favorite snacks are cashew and raisins. But will go for Almond too from now.
