Summers are here, but we are spending more time indoors, due to the current lockdown situation.

It’s hard, but why not try to achieve that perfect summer body, which we can flaunt later on? I know, it can be a bit overwhelming, to think about ourselves, with truckloads of laundry and chores at home. But, we need to start someday, and today might just be that day.

Today I’m sharing 15 YouTube fitness/ workout channels, are absolutely free of charge, and offer beginners as well as intermediate mode.

Plus, most of them need no equipment. So, it’s a win-win for everyone.

A lot of people believe that YouTube workouts might not be effective. But,  spoiler alert’ They Do Work!!!!

In fact,  every workout works, as long as you watch the portion control on your plate.

And, move your body a little. Even if it is, just ten minutes a day to start with.

Working out is important not only for the body but also for the mind.

Especially during these times, when we are literally losing ourselves.

I know, it’s really hard to find motivation and workout, but it takes time to build a habit. And,  this is a good time to build a habit, because:

  1. We are a home

  2. Not going out to eat

  3. We all have the “time”

So, lets jump right into the YouTube channels, shall we?
